A Royal Date: Chae Jong-hyeop and Lee Sung-kyung's Emotional Journey in 'Your Glorious Season'
In the third episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 'Your Glorious Season', airing on the 27th at 9:50 PM, Song Ha-ran (played by Lee Sung-kyung) and Sun Woo-chan (played by Chae Jong-hyeop) go on a palace date disguised as a research trip.
Previously, it was revealed that Sun Woo-chan had been exchanging messages with Ha-ran on behalf of her boyfriend, Kang Hyuk-chan (played by Kwon Do-hyung). Seeing Ha-ran deeply grieved after her boyfriend's death, Chan decided to stay in her life for three months to help her find 'spring' again, proposing a '3-month neighborhood friend trial'.
Despite drawing a line after Woo-chan's neighborhood friend proposal and straightforward confession, Song Ha-ran continues the awkward palace tour. However, while Chan steps away briefly, Ha-ran, wandering alone, seems to witness something unexpected, stopping in her tracks. Her reddened eyes suggest a significant event has occurred.
Seeing this, Sun Woo-chan looks at her with concern, and Ha-ran opens up about her suppressed feelings for the first time. Chan also shares his own harsh winter, and the two confront each other's wounds. As past pains intersect, there's growing interest in whether the cracks will form in Ha-ran's heart, which she tried hard to keep closed.
