Park Ha-sun Takes Over as Host for 'National No.1' Strawberry Showdown

Park Ha-sun steps in as the new host for 'National No.1,' replacing Park Na-rae, as the show gears up for a strawberry-themed competition.

In the second episode of MBC's 'National No.1,' airing on the 23rd at 9 PM, three regions—Jinju, Nonsan, and Hongseong—will engage in a fierce battle over Korea's representative fruit, the strawberry.

This 'Strawberry' episode will feature a variety of hotel-grade strawberry desserts in the studio. From cakes to strawberry drinks, the episode will showcase the natural differences in color, texture, and sweetness among various strawberry varieties.

From the start, the MCs have differing opinions. One side praises the 'traditional powerhouse,' while the other hints at a potential upset, stating, 'Rules are meant to be broken.' Park Ha-sun humorously counters Kim Dae-ho's playful jabs with 'How dare you!' filling the studio with laughter. Despite the light-hearted banter, the moment of choice remains serious.

Park Ha-sun, transformed into the 'Strawberry Queen,' visits Nonsan, the strawberry mecca. Tasting various strawberry varieties, she finds it hard to choose just one, captivated by each variety's charm. Moon Se-yoon notes, 'Nonsan's lineup is strong,' expressing caution. It's revealed that over 80% of strawberries supplied to Daejeon's top bakery come from Nonsan, causing a stir on set.
