Korean TV Personality Ji Sang-ryeol Hints at Marriage with Younger Girlfriend Shin Bo-ram

Korean TV personality Ji Sang-ryeol has hinted at the possibility of marrying his girlfriend, home shopping host Shin Bo-ram, who is 16 years his junior.

On the January 21st episode of KBS2's 'Mr. House Husband Season 2' Lunar New Year special, special MC Kim Ji-hye brought up Ji Sang-ryeol's romantic life as he celebrated his 57th birthday.

During the show, Kim Ji-hye teased Ji Sang-ryeol, saying, “You’ll soon have to plan a 60th birthday party, but it seems like there might be another celebration before that.” Fellow host Eun Ji-won also hinted at the possibility of marriage, saying, “You need to do well,” to which Ji Sang-ryeol jokingly replied, “I haven’t done anything wrong.”

Ji Sang-ryeol mentioned that he takes care of all the traditional holiday rituals, prompting Park Seo-jin to ask, “Does Shin Bo-ram have to do them too?” Ji Sang-ryeol confidently responded, “I’ll handle everything. Bo-ram can just relax.”

The conversation also touched on the couple's level of intimacy. When Kim Ji-hye hesitated, saying, “I imagine you’ve kissed,” Ji Sang-ryeol appeared flustered. Kim Ji-hye pressed further, “You’ve done more than just hold hands, right? You’re both adults.”

Additionally, when Park Seo-jin expressed a desire to live abroad for a month to study English, Ji Sang-ryeol boasted, “Being around Bo-ram, who speaks well, has helped me stop stuttering.” The cast noted Ji Sang-ryeol’s frequent praises of Shin Bo-ram, to which he proudly declared, “Shin Bo-ram’s boyfriend!”
