Heartfelt Search for Estranged Father Unveiled on 'Secrets of Detectives'
On the upcoming episode of Channel A's 'Secrets of Detectives,' airing on the 23rd at 10 PM, a heartfelt request from a 20-year-old client to find his father, whom he hasn't seen since he was two, is received. Due to his parents' divorce, the client was raised by his maternal aunt's family. Initially left with his paternal family, the aunt, moved by his situation, decided to raise him alongside her two sons as her own. The client expresses deep gratitude and affection for his aunt and uncle, stating, "They are like my parents." The aunt also shares, "I never thought of him as just a nephew. I tried to raise him just like my own sons," showcasing her extraordinary maternal love.
Adding to the somber mood, the aunt's critical health condition is revealed. She is in urgent need of a kidney transplant due to end-stage renal disease. The client shares, "I thought it would be better to give her one of my kidneys than to see her suffer," revealing his decision to donate, which moves everyone to tears. Kim Poong comments, "It's hard to believe such misfortune could happen to someone so angelic... Is there really a God?"
The detective couple takes on the case, using clues about the client's father to begin their investigation. The touching bond between the aunt and nephew, stronger than blood ties, and the potential reunion with his father after 18 years, will be unveiled on 'Secrets of Detectives.'
