Choi Jin-hyuk Unveils Prescription at Board Meeting Amidst Drama in 'A Baby Has Arrived'

Choi Jin-hyuk revealed a prescription during a board meeting.

In the 11th episode of Channel A's weekend drama 'A Baby Has Arrived,' aired on the 21st, the storyline depicted Doo-joon (played by Choi Jin-hyuk) and Hee-won (played by Oh Yeon-seo) overcoming crises together, deepening their love and trust.

Doo-joon was worried when their relationship was exposed to all employees, but Hee-won showed resilience, saying, “I feel relieved. I don't have to hide anymore. I've imagined countless times how I would handle such a situation, and I always ran away. But now, I feel confident. I must have changed.” Doo-joon, appreciating Hee-won's supportive concerns, assured her, “Just being by my side is enough,” strengthening their bond.

However, controversy over competition favoritism and invalidation arose, putting Doo-joon and Hee-won in a predicament. Hee-won confronted Jeong-eum (played by Baek Eun-hye), asserting, “I never received any favoritism. I will formally challenge the competition's judging process. The CEO must clarify whether I received any special treatment.”

Doo-joon responded to Jeong-eum's warning, “Then prove it. Prove you didn't participate,” by proposing two solutions: compensating the winners and re-evaluating the competition. Hee-won suggested an online public evaluation of the pitching videos, resulting in her winning second place, restoring her honor and dispelling rumors.

Meanwhile, Se-hyun (played by Jang Ye-bin) pleaded with her uncle Doo-joon, “I'm so anxious. You're the only one who can stop mom. I don't need the company or position she wants so badly. She's not doing this for me.”

Doo-joon prepared to oust Jeong-eum from her CEO position. He exposed the identity of Seo Myung-ho, a journalist who falsely accused him of murder, and used a recording to negotiate with his uncle Moo-young, saying, “Your wife intended to use and discard you. If this dismissal proposal fails, I won't raise the issue from 15 years ago.”

Doo-joon secretly gathered the board, presenting his prescription records, “This proves I haven't abused drugs. On the next page, you'll find a list of bribes received from CEO Han. I have evidence of Han's embezzlement and breach of trust. If the dismissal proposal fails, I'll overlook the bribes and wrongdoings against me. Can you decide?”

Ultimately, Doo-joon's cleverness and the board's votes led to the dismissal proposal's failure, and Jeong-eum faced a search and seizure.

Towards the end of the episode, Doo-joon and Hee-won enjoyed a harmonious meeting with their families. However, the unexpected arrival of Jeong-eum froze the atmosphere. The episode concluded with Doo-joon, Hee-won, and Chan-gil (played by Son Byung-ho) glaring at Jeong-eum, who laughed at the tense situation.
