Former Momoland Member Yeonwoo Stars in New AI Romance Drama with Actor Kim Hyun-jin
Premiering on October 19 at 11 PM on U+ Mobile TV and Lifetime, the new drama 'Love Phobia' tells the story of Yoon Bi-ah (played by Yeonwoo), a dating app CEO who finds comfort in AI over humans, and Han Sun-ho (played by Kim Hyun-jin), a romantic novelist. As they design a smart dating experience using AI, they come to understand the true meaning of love. The drama will be available first on U+ Mobile TV VOD.
In the following scenes, Yoon Bi-ah, the CEO of the AI dating app 'It's You,' cynically describes love as "a weak and imperfect thing that can change at any time." Meanwhile, Han Sun-ho struggles with his identity as both a writer and a celebrity, facing criticism like "What kind of writer makes money off their looks?" His brother, Han Baek-ho (played by Choi Byung-chan), who manages 'HAN Agency,' reveals, "We had no choice but to make him a celebrity since he hasn't written anything in over three years." The reasons behind Yoon Bi-ah's skepticism about love and Han Sun-ho's writer's block become intriguing mysteries.
Despite their seemingly incompatible natures, Yoon Bi-ah and Han Sun-ho find themselves clashing frequently. Bi-ah's best friend and 'It's You' co-CEO, Seol Jae-hee (played by Jo Yoon-seo), observes with interest, "This is a sign of Yoon Bi-ah's rising combat power." As Yoon Bi-ah acknowledges a dating rumor with Han Sun-ho and even proposes acquiring 'HAN Agency,' their lives become increasingly intertwined. The tension between Yoon Bi-ah's attempts to gather information on Han Sun-ho and the efforts of Han Sun-ho and 'HAN Agency' to uncover her motives promises to be a thrilling aspect of the show.
Nevertheless, Han Sun-ho takes on the role of Yoon Bi-ah's guardian angel, slowly breaking down the walls she has built around her heart. As Yoon Bi-ah tentatively wonders, "Could I possibly stake my fate on this man?" while holding Sun-ho's face, anticipation builds for the premiere.
The new drama 'Love Phobia,' produced by WEMAD, offers a unique love story with its fresh combination of romance and AI. It will be available on October 19 at 11 PM on U+ Mobile TV and Lifetime.
