Yoo Jae-suk Declines 'SNL' Offer on 'Anytime' Show
On the episode aired on the 17th, actors Jung Sang-hoon and Ji Ye-eun appeared as 'Anytime Friends.'
Jung Sang-hoon and Ji Ye-eun attempted to recruit Yoo Jae-suk for the new season of 'SNL.' They tried to persuade him by saying, "You know 'SNL' is starting, right? We sent an offer."
Observing the interaction between Jung Sang-hoon and Ji Ye-eun, Yoo Jae-suk asked, "Did you two not talk when you were on 'SNL'?" Jung Sang-hoon revealed, "When we did 'SNL,' we started meetings at 9 AM. We were brainstorming from then on, with no time for small talk."
Yoo Jae-suk empathized, saying, "Sketch comedy is inherently difficult. It's hard to make it work." Ji Ye-eun confessed, "If you can't make it work, you feel demoralized. In 'SNL,' if you can't make it funny, there's no 'It was fun.' The role changes immediately. It's really cutthroat."
When asked about his holiday plans, Yoo Jae-suk shared, "To avoid the nagging about 'When are you getting married?' I'll be meeting my nephews and nieces during the Lunar New Year. I'm at the age where I give rather than receive New Year's money."
