Jung-eum, furious over Doo-joon's press conference, revealed, “You've been on psychiatric medication for over 10 years. Yet, you still can't shake hands during important meetings or contracts.” She then threatened her father-in-law, Chan-gil (played by Son Byung-ho), saying, “A murderer who killed his brother for power. Our Doo-joon has suffered a lot because of this. But what now? The next heir of Taehan Group is abusing drugs and psychotropic substances. What frame would you like next?” This led to her becoming the co-CEO of Taehan Brewery.

During a meeting, Jung-eum suggested that the pregnant Hee-won (played by Oh Yeon-seo) taste-test a new beer product, further angering Doo-joon. He sternly warned Jung-eum, “I told you not to touch her. This is as far as my respect for my brother goes.” Jung-eum retorted, “Please stay put. If you do, I plan to give Manager Jang wings. But if you try anything, I will block Manager Jang's path with everything I have.” Their sharp confrontation left viewers on edge.

Meanwhile, when Team Leader Bang (played by Jung Soo-young) discovered Hee-won's pregnancy, Hee-won offered to step down, saying, “If you want me to leave, I will. I'll prepare for the handover.” However, Team Leader Bang showed her supportive leadership, saying, “Keep going as long as you can. Whether it's taste-testing or any condition issues, get help from your team. Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you can't work. Don't struggle alone like a fool.”

Eventually, a board meeting was convened, and a motion to dismiss Doo-joon was proposed. Jung-eum suggested, “Why not step down yourself? The position you hold is rumored to be more about bloodline than ability. If you have any conscience, that is.” Doo-joon requested, “The board agenda should be notified a week in advance. Please follow the formal procedure and give me a chance to explain. You can vote then.” However, public opinion against Doo-joon continued to worsen.

Amidst this, Doo-joon and Hee-won grew closer, overcoming challenges together. Hee-won supported Doo-joon, helping him ease his burdens. She later proposed, “Are you free this weekend? My parents want to have a meal together,” signaling a formal meeting with Doo-joon's parents. Despite Jung-eum's tempting offer to support Hee-won's dreams, Hee-won firmly declined, saying, “No, thank you. I've done well on my own so far. My dreams aren't meaningful if someone else forces them to come true.”

At the end of the episode, during the first Taehan Brewery in-house beer brand contest awards ceremony, Jung-eum caused a stir. Although Hee-won won first place, Jung-eum accused Doo-joon of favoritism, claiming, “There are allegations that CEO Kang Doo-joon gave special treatment to a specific participant. The employee he's seeing was intentionally given first place.” The ceremony turned chaotic with murmuring employees. To make matters worse, a light fixture above Hee-won began to sway dangerously. As it threatened to fall on her, Doo-joon heroically leaped to save her. The episode ended with Hee-won and Doo-joon gazing at each other, leaving viewers in shock.

'A Baby is Coming' airs every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 PM.
