Korean Culinary Duo Jo Seo-hyung and Park Ga-ram Shine in Unique Fine Dining Collaboration
On the upcoming episode of KBS2's variety show 'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' (hereafter 'The Boss'), Jo Seo-hyung collaborates with Park Ga-ram from 'Black and White Chef' Season 2 for a grand Korean Sisters Collaboration Dinner Show. This event marks a unique integration of both seasons, showcasing a culinary showdown between the two.
In a humorous twist, Jo Seo-hyung is seen navigating the dining hall with a large traditional Korean bowl, known as a 'punju,' filled with seasoned vegetables. Concerned about the hunger of her fellow 'Black and White Chef' alumni, she attempts to refill their plates directly from the punju, much to everyone's amusement.
The collaboration between Jo Seo-hyung and Park Ga-ram introduces a unique take on Korean fine dining, featuring rare Korean sauces that captivate the audience. From sancho ssamjang made with prickly ash to perilla seed vinegar and maesaengi oil, the innovative combinations, including abalone dishes with perilla mushroom, delight the 'Black and White Chef' alumni.
Jo Seo-hyung reveals, "I made pickles with perilla mushrooms. They cost 50,000 won per kilogram," highlighting the unexpected luxury of this Korean ingredient. The exquisite dishes leave ATEEZ's San expressing his envy, saying, "My mouth is watering."
'The Boss Has Donkey Ears' airs every Sunday at 4:40 PM.
