ENA's 'Honor: Her Courtroom' Teases Tense Debut of Prosecutor Seo Hyun-woo

ENA's 'Honor: Her Courtroom' is set to introduce the intense prosecutor Seo Hyun-woo, sparking curiosity about how his mysterious appearance will affect the three lawyers, Lee Na-young, Jung Eun-chae, and Lee Chung-ah. 'Honor' has already made history with the highest premiere ratings for an ENA Monday-Tuesday drama, achieving a nationwide rating of 3.1% and maintaining 3.2% in its second episode.

On the 9th, 'Honor: Her Courtroom' (hereafter 'Honor') released stills capturing a mysterious encounter between prosecutor Park Je-yeol (Seo Hyun-woo) and underage sexual assault victim Jo Yoo-jung (Park Se-hyun). In a cold, tense setting, Park Je-yeol gazes at Jo Yoo-jung with piercing eyes, his neatly combed hair and immaculate attire enhancing his icy demeanor.

Jo Yoo-jung, in her school uniform, also draws attention. This scene is presumed to take place before the underage sexual assault incident. Questions arise about why Jo Yoo-jung visited the prosecutor's office before becoming a victim, what conversation transpired between them, and how this meeting connects to the subsequent events.

The preview for episode 3 heightens the tension. Park Je-yeol makes a phone call inquiring about the "identity of the first person who reported the incident to 119." The fact that Hwang Hyun-jin (Lee Chung-ah) was the first to report the murder of reporter Lee Jun-hyuk (Lee Chung-joo) is known only to herself and her L&J (Listen & Join) colleagues Yoon Ra-young (Lee Na-young) and Kang Shin-jae (Jung Eun-chae). Moreover, Hwang Hyun-jin secretly took Lee Jun-hyuk's phone, a crucial piece of evidence, from the crime scene.

If this information reaches detective and husband Goo Sun-kyu (Choi Young-joon), the case could take an entirely different turn. The role of the first reporter could shift from a mere witness to a pivotal factor in altering the course of the investigation.

Why Park Je-yeol seeks to confirm the identity of the first reporter at this moment, and whether his actions will add pressure on the L&J trio Yoon Ra-young, Kang Shin-jae, and Hwang Hyun-jin, remains to be seen.

At a prior press conference, director Park Geon-ho stated, "Seo Hyun-woo's appearance will become a pivotal axis, altering the flow of events and bringing new dynamics and excitement."

Episode 3 of 'Honor' airs on the 9th at 10 PM.
