During the episode, Heo Young-man remarked, "Isn't Hwang Shin-hye like a princess? A Barbie doll?" to which Hwang responded, "That's the first time I've heard that. I'm more like a computer," referencing her nickname 'computer beauty.'

Debuting in 1983, Hwang Shin-hye became popular for her distinct and Western features. Heo Young-man noted, "She became a symbol of beauty as soon as she debuted. Her proportions were so perfect that she was nicknamed 'computer beauty,' which led to ongoing plastic surgery rumors."

Hwang Shin-hye addressed these rumors by saying, "I think people thought that because I was so pretty. Back then, plastic surgery wasn't as advanced."

Hwang also shared that she faced mixed-race rumors as a child. "When my mom carried me, people would turn around for another look. My mother-in-law even said, 'There are many Americans in Yeongdeungpo, but what's going on here?'" she revealed. She added, "Since I was young, I wondered, 'Why am I so different?' My mom was embarrassed to take me out because people would stare."

Hwang Shin-hye's striking looks even led her to the police station as a child. "I was scared of men," she said, "When I went outside the school, not only boys but also girls would gather to see me."

In her personal life, Hwang Shin-hye first married the son of a fashion company CEO in 1987, but they divorced after nine months. She remarried in 1998 to a businessman three years her junior and had a daughter, Lee Jin-yi, but divorced again in 2005.
