Ju Woo-jae Takes on a Culinary Challenge in 'Hangout with Yoo'

Ju Woo-jae, known as the 'Frugal Master', faces off against a mysterious chef in a cooking showdown on 'Hangout with Yoo'.

The episode airing on February 7th on MBC's variety show 'Hangout with Yoo' (directed by Kim Jin-yong, Lee Joo-won, Ahn Ji-sun, Bang Sung-soo, Park Eun-jin/writer No Min-sun) features Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, Ju Woo-jae, and Kim Kwang-kyu enjoying dishes made from fresh seafood sent by Heo Kyung-hwan's friends from Tongyeong.

A mysterious chef, unknown even to Heo Kyung-hwan, arrives to cook for the group. While everyone is excited about the delicious food, Ju Woo-jae questions whether there would be a difference in taste if he cooked using the same ingredients, seasonings, and recipe as the chef.

This leads to a 'copy-paste' cooking battle between Ju Woo-jae and the chef. Ju Woo-jae declares, "I will replicate everything, including the amount and timing of adding ingredients," as he attempts to mimic the chef's every move. His playful antics, such as sprinkling salt and fanning the dish, earn him jeers from the others, who claim it ruins their appetite.

The suspense builds with a blind taste test, leaving viewers curious about the outcome. Judge Yoo Jae-suk, known for his 'taste-specialized' oral structure, humorously opens his mouth wide to receive a spoonful, causing the chef to laugh and everyone else to burst into laughter.
