Kim Seung-soo and Song Eun-yi Spark Romance Rumors on 'Problem Child in House'
On the October 5th episode of KBS2's variety show 'Problem Child in House Season 2' (hereafter 'Problem Child'), 'original sold-out girl' So Yi-hyun and 'flower middle-aged Park Bo-gum' Kim Seung-soo appeared as guests.
During the episode, Kim Seung-soo reminisced about hearing the marriage news of his 'solo comrade' Kim Jong-kook, drawing attention. He humorously expressed his feelings, saying, "As soon as I heard the news, I thought, 'Wow, is this even possible? Everyone says they're not seeing anyone, but they're all secretly dating.' I felt betrayed and wondered if the show would be canceled." He added, "It's not that I'm not meeting someone; I just can't. My last relationship was 16 years ago. I'm single, but people think I've been married before and even have grown children," expressing his frustration. He also shared a humorous update, saying, "Recently, I've been having a drink with AI, but it keeps telling me to stop drinking, ruining the mood."
A surprising spark ignited between 'Problem Child' eldest member Song Eun-yi and Kim Seung-soo, raising interest. When Kim Sook suggested, "Have a blind date with our Eun-yi today," Kim Seung-soo eagerly responded, "I thought Song Eun-yi would be petite and cute, but she's even cuter in person," turning the rooftop room into a romantic scene. Kim Seung-soo even asked to exchange phone numbers on the spot, but a shy Song Eun-yi playfully protested, "No! You're not supposed to give it all at once!" causing laughter. Throughout the episode, Song Eun-yi continued to flirt, responding to So Yi-hyun's recommendation of Kim Seung-soo as a top groom candidate with, "Can I verify that while dating him?" and teasingly saying, "Today, I'll only give you 010," when Kim Seung-soo persistently asked for her number.
The quiz of the day included intriguing questions like 'Services favored by women in Latvia, a country with extreme gender imbalance,' 'A new wedding trend sweeping across Europe,' and 'The secret behind the intro of the 1988 University Song Festival grand prize song 'To You,' which captivated judge Cho Yong-pil's heart with Shin Hae-chul's strategy,' sparking viewers' interest. The related discussions were equally engaging. Kim Seung-soo shared, "I already knew that the female ratio is high in the Baltic States of Eastern Europe. My single friends and I jokingly said, 'Should we visit the Baltic States?'" revealing his genuine interest in marriage.
Kim Seung-soo also shared his specific marriage dreams, saying, "I have two properties, and I can give one to my future wife," to which Joo Woo-jae jokingly replied, "Is this a subscription? Do you accept male applicants?" causing laughter. Kim Seung-soo further expressed, "If I get married, I want a wedding without monetary gifts," but added, "However, I'll accept Kim Jong-kook's gift," showing lingering feelings towards his 'solo comrade.'
