Hwang Shin-hye's Real Side Revealed at 'Living Together with Hwang Shin-hye' Press Conference

Actress Hwang Shin-hye's true personality has been unveiled.

'Living Together with Hwang Shin-hye' is a show that captures the lives of single moms in the entertainment industry living together and supporting each other.

The press conference for 'Living Together with Hwang Shin-hye' has been revealed. When asked why she chose to participate in the program, Hwang Shin-hye expressed her determination, saying, “I want to share comfort and empathy as a single mom.” Jang Yoon-jung confessed to feeling intimidated after becoming a single mom and expressed her desire to show her daughters a strong mother. Meanwhile, Jang Yoon-jung and Jung Ga-eun humorously exposed Hwang Shin-hye's 'uncle-like' side, bringing laughter to the event. The trio also extended invitations to 'big sister' Park Won-sook and 'kind dad' Park Chan-ho.

After the press conference, the three reminisced about their connection with KBS. Hwang Shin-hye and Jang Yoon-jung recalled their appearances on KBS's 'TV Carries Love,' where they searched for their first loves. Notably, Hwang Shin-hye shared that she learned about her first love's current status through her daughter, Lee Jin.

Hwang Shin-hye also reminisced about her beginnings with KBS through the drama 'Terms of Endearment,' which featured top stars of the time. She vividly described the filming atmosphere with Kim Hee-ae. The trio visited a space showcasing KBS's classic works, where they discovered materials featuring Jang Yoon-jung's past appearances. Jang Yoon-jung fondly remembered her youthful days on KBS's flagship programs, from 'Saturday Parade' with Go Hyun-jung to 'Live Nationwide Now' with Lim Sung-hoon.

At the KBS broadcasting station, a passionate promotion for 'Living Together with Hwang Shin-hye' unfolded. Hwang Shin-hye, Jang Yoon-jung, and Jung Ga-eun unexpectedly met DJs Haha and Eun Ga-eun, seizing an unexpected promotional opportunity. They also appeared as guests on 'Lee Bon's La La Land,' led by the legendary radio DJ Lee Bon. During the live broadcast, when asked if there were any disagreements while living together, Jang Yoon-jung immediately replied, “Yes,” sparking interest. Additionally, a surprise revelation from a listener fan unveiled Hwang Shin-hye's past poetry recitation album.

Hwang Shin-hye retired from the entertainment industry after marrying the son of a fashion company CEO in 1987 but returned after divorcing nine months later. She remarried in 1998 to a younger second-generation chaebol but divorced in 2005 after having her daughter, Lee Jin, in 1999.
