Veteran Actor Park Geun-hyung Reflects on the Passing of Fellow Actors

Veteran actor Park Geun-hyung recently reflected on the passing of fellow actors.

On the October 3rd broadcast of KBS 1TV's 'Morning Yard', Park Geun-hyung and Oh Man-seok appeared as guests to promote their play 'The Dresser'.

During the show, Park Geun-hyung shared, “I once appeared on this show with the late Yoon So-jung when we were performing the play 'Father'. Before that, I appeared when Lee Geum-hee and Lee Sang-byeok were the hosts.”

The host mentioned, “This winter, we have said goodbye to many beloved teachers, including the late Lee Soon-jae. Your presence feels even more significant now.” In response, Park Geun-hyung humorously remarked, “I will continue to grow old.”

Park Geun-hyung further expressed, “With everyone gone, it feels like my turn has come. The absence of those who have passed makes it feel like I have stepped into their place. I must work harder for those who have left us.”
