Kim Joo-ha Reacts to Park Jun-myun's Love Story Amidst Her Own Divorce Settlement
On the October 31st episode of MBN's 'Kim Joo-ha's Day & Night,' airing at 9:40 PM, musical actress and unique personality Park Jun-myun shares her sweet married life with her husband, who is five years her junior.
During the conversation, Park reveals, "I entrust all my income to my husband," prompting an unexpected reaction from Kim Joo-ha. Kim suddenly exclaims, "Don't live like that. It's dangerous," causing laughter. Co-hosts Moon Se-yoon and Jo Jae-joo humorously advise Kim, who is sensitive about marriage topics, to "stay out of this subject," adding to the hilarity.
Park also discusses her global popularity, having starred as the royal chef in the 2025 hit 'The Tyrant's Chef.' She expresses gratitude for the international fans who support her on social media and announces her return to a similar role, declaring, "Let's aim for the top tier in royal roles!"
In her 32-year acting career, Park has never played a villain, surprising many. She admits, "I'm not as nice as people think!" and expresses a desire to take on a villainous role. She even performs an impromptu villain scene, shocking the hosts with her unexpected portrayal.
In 2004, Kim married a businessman and had two children. In 2013, she filed for divorce due to her ex-husband's infidelity and violence. Although she secured custody and alimony, she was ordered to pay him approximately 1 billion KRW in the property settlement.
Previously, Kim revealed on a broadcast that her ex-husband had an affair with a woman living in the same apartment complex. She shared, "When I presented evidence of his infidelity, he resorted to violence. I've suffered a ruptured eardrum and traumatic brain injury from his assaults." She recounted an incident where she collapsed an hour before a news broadcast and was asked by a doctor if she wanted to report it, to which she declined.
