Kian84 Hints at Generational Shift on 'I Live Alone' with DAY6's Dowoon

Kian84 has hinted at a generational shift on the popular MBC show 'I Live Alone'.

On the episode aired on the 30th, Kian84 and DAY6's Dowoon embarked on a friendship hike up Cheonggyesan Mountain.

During the episode, Jeon Hyun-moo humorously commented on the studio appearance of Dowoon and Park Ji-hyun, saying, "They are really fresh," but also joked, "It feels like a barracks," causing laughter. Kian84, positioned as a senior private, rose to power, jokingly stating, "Sergeant Jeon Hyun-moo has lost his teeth. If you have any complaints, talk to me first."

Observing his peers, Dowoon and Park Ji-hyun, both born in 1995, Kian84 remarked, "Now it's your turn to lead 'I Live Alone'. You have a lot to do," hinting at a generational change.

Kian84, who met Dowoon at a flea market, decided to hike up Cheonggyesan Mountain at sunrise. Dowoon had bought items that all belonged to Kian84, which made him think they were a good match.

Park Ji-hyun expressed disappointment, asking, "Why didn't you take me?" To which Kian84 explained, "I can't take care of more than one person at a time. You might have felt left out if you came."

Watching this, Jeon Hyun-moo was amazed, saying, "Kian is the leader now," to which Kian84 smiled and said, "Is it my world now?" before encouraging his peers to become friends.

Kian84 and Dowoon began their hike in the pitch-black darkness of Cheonggyesan Mountain. However, the freezing temperature of -10 degrees Celsius caused their faces to swell and turn red.

Kian84 confessed, "It felt like a punishment while hiking. My lower body was in pain. I regretted suggesting it." When Dowoon asked, "Did you only regret it then?" Kian84 laughed, "You hold grudges, don't you?"

To make matters worse, they completed a two-hour course in just one hour, leaving them to endure the cold until sunrise. Dowoon expressed his discomfort, saying, "I can't stay here any longer. We both look miserable," and Kian84 admitted, "I started speaking incoherently and felt dizzy."

Finally witnessing the sunrise, Kian84 reflected, "Looking at it from here, I wonder why I was living so fussily. Instead of seeking something big, I decided to live gratefully for what I have now."
