This mystery variety show, directed by Jung Jong-yeon, who is known for popular Netflix brain survival games like 'Devil's Plan' and 'Great Escape,' first premiered in 2024. The show has been praised for its meticulously crafted world, detailed sets and devices, and the thrilling missions that unravel bizarre cases, maximizing the excitement and immersion of the mystery adventure genre.

Season 2 of 'Mystery Investigation Team' returns with even more evolution. The mystery universe has deepened, and the scale has expanded. With enhanced storylines and devices, along with outdoor missions that defy imagination, the show reignites viewers' investigative instincts. The upgraded performances of the 'Mystery Investigation Team,' as they become agents of the secret organization 'XIN' to solve mysterious and supernatural cases, are highly anticipated. The cast, including Lee Yong-jin, John Park, Hyeri, Kim Do-hoon, and Karina, are expected to showcase their investigative prowess in the new season. The addition of the energetic new member, Gabi, promises even more diverse character play.
