'I Am SOLO' Stars Young-chul and Young-ja Tie the Knot Amidst Heartfelt Celebrations

Young-chul and Young-ja, the final couple from the 28th season of 'I Am SOLO,' have officially tied the knot in a heartwarming ceremony surrounded by well-wishers.

The YouTube channel 'Village Chief Entertainment TV,' operated by ENA and SBS PLUS's 'I Am SOLO,' released a video titled 'Young-chul & Young-ja's Thrilling Wedding Ceremony Unveiled!' capturing the special day.

The wedding was attended by all the 28th season participants, except for Young-sook, showcasing their strong camaraderie.

Among the guests, Hyun-sook and Young-sik were the first to arrive, escorting the host and expressing their congratulations. Ok-soon, who witnessed Young-chul's efforts to win Young-ja's heart during their time on the show, shared her emotional reflections on the couple's union. Notably, Sun-ja, who had an early love line with Young-chul, made a surprise appearance, drawing attention.

Young-chul warmly greeted Sun-ja with a hug upon spotting her in the lobby. Young-soo, accompanying Sun-ja, revealed that he had earnestly requested her attendance after a chance encounter at a department store.

Sun-ja explained her presence at the wedding, stating, "I've maintained a connection with Young-chul both on and off the show, and I've shared joyful and challenging moments with Young-ja, so attending to celebrate them was not difficult." Despite past challenges, including a breakup due to Young-chul's reaction to Sun-ja's photo on the show, the couple reconciled and rebuilt their trust, leading to their marriage.

Young-chul and Young-ja, who faced the joy of a pre-wedding pregnancy and the sorrow of a miscarriage, officially celebrated their union on January 17 in Daejeon. Surrounded by the congratulations of many colleagues, including Kwang-soo and Jung-hee, Young-chul appeared relaxed in his second marriage, while Young-ja showed signs of nervous excitement as they concluded the ceremony. Ok-soon expressed her heartfelt support for the couple's future, acknowledging their unwavering efforts beyond the program.
