Actress Park Shin-hye candidly shared her feelings during her hiatus from acting.

Recently, Park Shin-hye appeared on the YouTube channel 'Ha Ji-young' where she participated in a session offering advice to office workers.

In the video, Ha Ji-young shared a story from a netizen who had recently left a job at a major corporation due to a layoff. The netizen expressed feelings of depression and low self-esteem, having been unemployed for two months with only telemarketing calls to keep them company.

Ha Ji-young related to the story, saying, "I also wondered 'What should I do?' after leaving 'Midnight TV Entertainment' as entertainment programs were being canceled. I went to the stage to see if I had the potential to become an actress."

Listening to this, Park Shin-hye offered sincere advice, "While it's difficult to fully understand the feelings of the person who shared their story, I hope they don't give up on self-improvement. It's important to keep exercising. Staying at home can lead to a breakdown. Going outside and staying healthy can help you seize opportunities."

Park Shin-hye also reflected on her own voluntary break from acting. She shared, "When I was twenty, I took a break from work to attend school. Suddenly, I was struck by the fear of 'What if I don't get any more work?' It was especially daunting because I didn't have an agency at the time. But because I was dedicated to what I chose, good opportunities eventually came my way."

Regarding her ongoing acting career, Park Shin-hye expressed, "I don't know how long I'll be able to continue acting, as it's something that requires someone to choose me. I believe I should act when someone seeks me out. I never imagined I'd still be acting in my 30s."
