Actor Jang Dong-yoon expressed his gratitude to Go Hyun-jung, who played his mother in the drama, during the 2025 SBS Drama Awards. Go Hyun-jung, a nominee for the grand prize, was absent from the ceremony.
The awards ceremony took place on the 31st at the SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul. The event was hosted by broadcaster Shin Dong-yup, and actors Chae Won-bin and Heo Nam-joon.

Jang Dong-yoon, who won the Best Actor Award in the Genre/Action category for the mini-series 'Sama-gwi,' said, "I want to thank senior Go Hyun-jung, the writer, director, and production team." He added, "I am grateful to my company for always loving me. Lastly, I recently became an uncle. I have a niece, and her nickname is 'Sooksooki.' Holding her gives me strength and she is lovely. I feel the power of family and will strive to be a great uncle."

Pyo Ye-jin, who won the Best Actress Award in the Genre/Action category for the mini-series 'Taxi Driver 3,' said, "I was so surprised. I received so much love while doing 'Taxi Driver.' During this season 3, I was greedy and troubled at times, but I am grateful to the director who always opened his heart. The Rainbow Taxi family has become like real family to me. It's meaningful to have precious family members. I promise not to be mischievous anymore," she said, drawing laughter from the audience.
