Running Man's Ji Ye-eun Takes a Break Due to Health Issues During Filming
On the October 30th episode of the SBS variety show 'Running Man', comedian Heo Kyung-hwan made a guest appearance during the 'Isn't This the Taste of Romance?' race.
During the episode, Ji Ye-eun had to visit a hospital due to feeling unwell. As the members boarded the vehicle to move to the next location, they noticed her absence. Kim Jong-kook asked, "Where's Ye-eun?" to which Yoo Jae-suk explained, "She suddenly felt like she was catching a cold, so we told her to visit a nearby hospital." Yang Se-chan added, "We told her to get an IV drip."
Ji Ye-eun did not return until the members were preparing dinner. It was reported that she rejoined the filming after her medical visit.
Ji Ye-eun had previously taken a break from activities due to health issues and returned to 'Running Man' on the 2nd of the month. Her appearance after three weeks was marked by concerns from the members as she was still recovering from thyroid dysfunction.
Heo Kyung-hwan commented, "'Running Man' is all over the place. Jong-kook keeps talking about Hawaii," to which Yoo Jae-suk responded, "Kyung-hwan always leaves with a bitter feeling."
Yang Se-chan revealed, "After filming, when I call him, he says, 'Why isn't it working out? I can't do this. I won't come back.'" Heo Kyung-hwan humorously added, "I don't think I can handle a two-day shoot," expressing his wish to leave early, which brought laughter to the set.
