Na Young-seok Pays Tribute to Late Lee Soon-jae at 'Three Meals in Kenya' Press Conference

Na Young-seok, a renowned producer, paid tribute to the late Lee Soon-jae.

On the morning of the 25th, a press conference for 'Three Meals in Kenya' was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The event was attended by director Na Young-seok, producer Kim Ye-seul, broadcaster Lee Soo-geun, Eun Ji-won, and singer-broadcaster Kyuhyun.

Na PD expressed his shock, saying, “I was very surprised to receive the news this morning. It was unexpected. Memories of traveling with the teacher and sharing moments at various theater locations with elders came to mind.” He added, “I haven't seen him in the past year due to his health issues.”

He continued, “Although I am taken aback by the sudden news, he often said he wanted to stand on stage until the end. His words have been an inspiration for working diligently and consistently. I pray that he rests peacefully in heaven.”

According to the family, Lee Soon-jae passed away early on the 25th at the age of 91. The funeral arrangements have not yet been made. Concerns about his health had been circulating in the entertainment industry since last year.
