First Love Rekindled? 'A Hundred Memories' Teases Tense Hospital Reunion

In JTBC's weekend drama 'A Hundred Memories,' stills have been released showing the hospital reunion of Seo Jong-hee (played by Shin Ye-eun) and Han Jae-pil (played by Heo Nam-joon), who were each other's first love seven years ago. Jong-hee, now the adopted daughter of a conglomerate family, and Jae-pil, an intern doctor, still have unresolved feelings and an awkward atmosphere between them. The strange distance that has grown over the seven years is palpable.
Jong-hee and Jae-pil were magnetically drawn to each other and confirmed their mutual feelings. Jae-pil was unfazed by the fact that Jong-hee was not a day student and had been living on the run due to her violent brother. Instead, he embraced her wounds and stayed by her side, leading Jong-hee to open her heart. However, when Jong-hee discovered that her most cherished friend, Go Young-rae (played by Kim Da-mi), was infatuated with Jae-pil, she decided to end things. Jae-pil, unaware of the reason for the breakup, went to their favorite music cafe and realized that the song 'Hard to Say I'm Sorry' by Chicago, which Jong-hee listened to three times, was a message for him. He rushed to her, but Jong-hee had already disappeared due to an incident involving the labor manager (played by Park Ji-hwan).

The production team hinted, "Jong-hee and Jae-pil reflect on the past when they meet again at the hospital. During this process, a single comment from Jae-pil touches Jong-hee's heart," teasing that "whether their old feelings will be rekindled is a key point to watch."
Episode 9 of 'A Hundred Memories' airs on the 11th at 10:40 PM.
