K-Drama 'Eunsoo's Good Day' Struggles with Ratings, Plans Special 80-Minute Broadcast

The K-drama 'Eunsoo's Good Day' has been experiencing a decline in viewership ratings, starting at 3.7% and dropping to 3.0%. In response, the show has scheduled a special 80-minute broadcast.

The production team announced, "Today (3rd), from 5:15 PM to 6:35 PM, we have scheduled a special broadcast titled 'Eunsoo's Good Day – Binge-Watch Day'. This will offer viewers an immersive experience akin to watching a movie, featuring episodes 1 to 4."

In the upcoming episode 5, airing on KBS2 on the 4th at 9:20 PM, Jang Tae-gu (played by Park Yong-woo) begins to sense something suspicious about Kang Eun-soo (played by Lee Young-ae) and starts a thorough investigation.

Previously, Eun-soo and Lee Kyung (played by Kim Young-kwang) resumed their partnership out of necessity. During a face-to-face transaction, Lee Kyung dramatically rescues Eun-soo from danger, adding a thrilling tension. However, their risky partnership is gradually becoming exposed. Meanwhile, Tae-gu is closing in on Eun-soo and Lee Kyung as he tracks the traces of the missing James.

Stills released on the 3rd show Tae-gu and Choi Kyung-do (played by Kwon Ji-woo) at Eun-soo's house. Tae-gu persistently questions Eun-soo about her relationship with James, convinced there is something between them. Kyung-do also keeps a close watch on Eun-soo's reactions while searching the house. Despite Eun-soo's attempts to evade their questions, she is left shocked by the decisive evidence Tae-gu presents.

Other stills depict Eun-soo and Lee Kyung hiding in a warehouse after being caught up in a shocking incident. The two appear visibly anxious, unable to hide their fear as if being pursued. Eun-soo urgently makes a phone call, highlighting their precarious situation. Viewers are left wondering if they will manage to escape this crisis.

The production team stated, "Episodes 5 and 6 will see Eun-soo and Lee Kyung entangled in unexpected events, facing another crisis. The tension will be heightened as their uneasy partnership and Tae-gu's relentless investigation intersect. Watch to see what choices they make in the face of danger."
