Tving Unveils Exciting Lineup of Short-Form Content for September
South Korean OTT platform Tving is set to release a diverse lineup of 'short-form content' available on the Tving app.

The September releases include one 'Tving Short Original' and 13 'short dramas.' Premiering on September 15, the Tving Short Original '1% Man' features B1A4's Shinwoo, former Brave Girls member Nam Yu-jeong, and Lovelyz's Yoo Ji-ae. The series follows the growth of three best friends dating seemingly perfect men who each lack one crucial thing. Directed by Kim Ji-hwan of 'My Lover is 20 Years Younger,' and written by Kim Hye-young of 'My Brain Wife,' the show promises high-quality storytelling.

The short drama lineup, releasing on September 8 and 15, includes a variety of genres: ▲ 'Becoming a Billionaire Through Surgery,' a story of a new life as an 'unexpected beauty CEO,' ▲ 'Supercar Cinderella Story,' a modern Cinderella romance with crypto-investing connections, ▲ 'Blue Complex,' a BL romance about overcoming trauma and joining a swim team, ▲ 'Oops, I Forgot to Confess,' an unpredictable time-slip fantasy to reclaim first love, ▲ 'My Boss is My Ex-Girlfriend,' an office rom-com sitcom about unwanted reunions, ▲ 'New Town Wives,' a drama of infidelity set in a new city, and ▲ 'I'm Having an Affair with My Husband,' a revenge story against a cheating husband met through an app. These wide-ranging 'short dramas' will be released throughout September, crossing boundaries of romance, thriller, and comedy.

In August, Tving introduced 'Tving Short Originals,' exclusively planned and produced by Tving, showcasing a content ecosystem where users can enjoy everything from full-length to short content on one app. By expanding its lineup with various 'short dramas' in collaboration with external production companies, Tving offers users a fresh viewing experience.

A Tving representative stated, "We plan to continue building a lineup that allows users to enjoy short-form content continuously through the Tving app," adding, "We aim to expand user experience not only with short-form content but also with Tving Originals, sports broadcasts, and Apple TV+ branded content, offering differentiated services."
