Choo Young Woo Delights Fans with First Solo Fan Meeting in Seoul

Actor Choo Young Woo gifted his fans with an unforgettable experience.

On the 6th of this month, Choo Young Woo held his solo fan meeting, '2025 CHOO YOUNG WOO ASIA FANMEETING TOUR 'Who (is) Choo?' in SEOUL', at the KBS Arena in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

'Who (is) Choo?' marks Choo Young Woo's first-ever Asia fan meeting tour since his debut. The Seoul fan meeting, which was the first show of the tour, sold out on the day tickets were released, proving Choo Young Woo's immense popularity.

In line with the event's title, which plays on his fandom name 'Hoochoo', Choo Young Woo showcased a variety of charms, engaging closely with fans for approximately 180 minutes.

Choo Young Woo opened the event by singing '현정연서', the OST from his notable work 'The Tale of Lady Ok'. He recreated the character 'Cheon Seung Hwi' by wearing traditional Korean attire, bringing the drama's essence to life.

The fan meeting featured engaging segments such as 'Choo's Great Biography', which explored his journey from past to present, and revisited iconic scenes from his recent works. Notably, Choo Young Woo transformed into 'Yang Jae Won' from 'The Trauma Code', delighting fans with his portrayal. He also performed various dance challenges and took song requests from fans on the spot.

The fan meeting featured exclusive performances, including a powerful rendition of the musical number 'She was there'. Choo Young Woo also performed his newly released digital single 'If only time could stop(시간이 멈췄으면)' live for the first time. Additionally, he showcased his impressive dance skills with a medley of performances, including 'WICKED' by All Day Project, 'Special' by Stray Kids, and 'Soda Pop' by Saja Boys. For the finale, he chose Roy Kim's 'The Lullaby'. After the fan meeting, Choo Young Woo held a high-touch event to express his gratitude to the fans who filled the venue.

Concluding the fan meeting, Choo Young Woo shared, "I am grateful to the Hoochoo fans who took the time to be here. I was very nervous since it was my first fan meeting, but thanks to the fans, I was able to relax. It was the happiest moment since becoming an actor. Without Hoochoo, there is no actor Choo Young Woo. I will continue to strive to be a good actor and a good person for my fans."

Following the Seoul event, Choo Young Woo will continue his fan meeting tour in major Asian cities, including Bangkok, Taipei, Osaka, and Tokyo.
