Super Junior's Shindong recently expressed his disappointment over being excluded from variety shows without prior notice.

On the October 3rd episode of MBC's variety show 'Radio Star', episode 930, titled 'All Size Project', guests included 'Belly Hills' Seo Jang-hoon, Shingiru, Shindong, and Na Sun-wook.

During the show, Shindong, who was an original member of 'Great Escape', shared his frustration, saying, "No one tells me when I'm being dropped from shows like 'Radio Star' or 'Great Escape'."

Previously, Shindong revealed that he learned about the production of 'Great Escape: The Story' through news articles. The series, returning after five years, sees Shindong, Kim Jong-min, and P.O. being replaced by new members Baekhyun, Yeo Jin-goo, and Go Kyung-pyo.

As an original member of 'Radio Star', Shindong admitted, "I found out about my replacement by reading an article that said 'Shindong's spot replaced by Kim Gook-jin'. It's hard to forget when it keeps happening."

He further explained, "Back in our day, we barely had five minutes of airtime due to 'Knee Drop Guru' segments, which is why we added 'please' to our closing remarks." Kim Gura humorously added, "Shindong is like a relic of 'Radio Star'. He was an original member, but no one remembers him," eliciting laughter.
