Iconic 'Ulzzang' Stars Reunite on YouTube Show 'Pajama Party'

The original 'Ulzzang' stars, who defined a generation on 'Cyworld', have reunited for a special episode.

On the 3rd of this month, the 15th episode of the YouTube talk show 'Pajama Party' featured a special 'Ulzzang Edition' with guests Han Ah-reum Song-i, Yoon Ara, and Choi Eun-hee. These first-generation 'Ulzzang' stars, who gained immense popularity both online and offline around 2010 through shows like 'Ulzzang Generation', candidly shared stories about their glamorous past, relationships, and current lives.

Han Ah-reum Song-i, who recently made headlines by marrying a model six years her junior, expressed pride in leading beauty trends of the time, such as the 'computer pen eyeliner' and 'trident bangs'. She reminisced about the days when Cyworld was a sensation, stating, “My mini homepage had up to 130,000 visitors a day,” and recalled, “When 'Ulzzang Generation' aired, I was constantly trending on search engines over the weekends.”

Yoon Ara shared intriguing past relationship stories, including one with a 'fallen Ulzzang'. When asked by the MC if she had a crush on any male 'Ulzzang', Han Ah-reum Song-i revealed, “(Currently) Yoon Ara dated a former 'Ulzzang' who has now fallen from grace.”

Yoon Ara reflected on this past connection, saying, “We dated briefly when we were very young,” and added, “I never imagined he would end up like that.” Choi Eun-hee also confessed, “I, too, briefly dated that fallen 'Ulzzang',” shocking everyone present. Yoon Ara further shared that she is currently in a happy relationship with a model eight years her junior, drawing envy from the MC.

Choi Eun-hee, who gained fame in 2008 through Mnet's 'Jun Jin's High School Girls 4', shared her life updates after a long time away from the camera. She revealed, “I got married, divorced, and then reunited with my husband, and now we are raising three children.” She emphasized her stable family life, saying, “We reunited four years after the divorce. It seems we can't be separated.” She expressed gratitude to those who continue to support her, saying, “I'm thankful that people who have supported me now also love my children.”

'Pajama Party' is a YouTube talk show with a home party concept featuring only female guests. Hosted by 'Hot Gay' creator Kim Ddol-ddol, the show presents unique 'real sister chemistry' with its guests each episode.
