Super Junior's Shindong Reveals 20th Anniversary Stories and Personal Confessions on 'Radio Star'

Super Junior's Shindong, who successfully lost 37kg, candidly shared behind-the-scenes stories of the group's activities and personal confessions as they celebrate their 20th anniversary on 'Radio Star.'

Airing today (3rd), the MBC show 'Radio Star' features a special episode titled 'All Size Project' with guests Seo Jang-hoon, Shingiru, Shindong, and Na Seon-wook.

In celebration of Super Junior's 20th anniversary, Shindong discussed their upcoming overseas tour schedule and shared a surprising anecdote from a trip abroad with friends. He humorously recounted, "I tried wearing a mask and sunglasses, but fans recognized me by my body, not my face."

Known among the members as having the 'most recognizable body,' he joked, "Even from afar, fans recognize us as Super Junior by my body." He also teased insights into the activities of the Super Junior unit LSS, consisting of Leeteuk, Shindong, and Siwon.

Shindong also revealed amusing stories about the unique eating habits and personalities of his fellow guests, causing some embarrassment. Notably, he confessed feeling slighted by Na Seon-wook, piquing the curiosity of the MCs. He further surprised everyone by sharing his experience of undergoing surgery during his variety show activities.

Additionally, Shindong demonstrated a photo pose that can create the illusion of a defined jawline, showcasing his expertise as a 20-year veteran idol. He remarked, "Even a slimmer face can make a person look different," and demonstrated his signature pose, impressing the MCs. However, the pose's humorous downside was also revealed, filling the studio with laughter.
