Park Bo-gum's fiery declaration has begun to crack the once impenetrable dark world of 'bad boy' Oh Jung-se.

In the third episode of JTBC's weekend drama 'Good Boy,' which aired on the 7th, viewers witnessed a thrilling sequence of events. From Yoon Dong-joo (played by Park Bo-gum) uncovering the true nature of Min Joo-young (played by Oh Jung-se), who hides behind the facade of an ordinary customs officer, to Ji Han-na (played by Kim So-hyun) and Kim Jong-hyun (played by Lee Sang-yi) deciding to join the special investigation team, forming the complete 'Good Avengers.' The episode's ratings rose to 5.6% nationwide and 5.5% in the metropolitan area.

During the episode, Yoon Dong-joo was determined to clear the name of his junior, Lee Kyung-il (played by Lee Jung-ha), a promising boxer. The urgent task was to find the hit-and-run vehicle, which was not officially imported and thus untraceable by license plate. While searching every junkyard in Inseong City, unexpected bad news arrived. Lee Kyung-il had left a note saying, "I'm sorry. I apologize," before hanging himself in his cell. However, Yoon Dong-joo did not believe it was suicide. A gold watch, not belonging to Lee Kyung-il but worn by Min Joo-young and Geum Tok-ki (played by Kang Gil-woo), was found among his belongings, serving as a crucial piece of evidence.

Another person recognized the watch—Ji Han-na. She recalled seeing it among her late police officer father's belongings. According to a pawnshop owner (played by Park Chul-min), whom she visited on the recommendation of Police Chief Hwang Kyung-chul (played by Seo Hyun-chul), the watch was a limited edition, crafted by a Swiss artisan who produced only 12 per year. It had been distributed in Inseong City in 2003 by a smuggler known as 'Odtalla,' Oh Bong-chan (played by Song Young-chang), who died about 15 years ago.

Meanwhile, Kim Jong-hyun also found the Lee Kyung-il case suspicious. The prosecutor in charge concluded it as a suicide within two hours, and the prison guard responsible for Lee was unreachable. During the 'Rabbit Hunt' operation to capture Geum Tok-ki, Kim Jong-hyun discovered internal police information leaks and reported that this case might be related, but was instructed to "just observe."

The truth behind Lee Kyung-il's case was revealed. The prison guard, under Min Joo-young's implicit threat to "eliminate any threats," killed Lee in his cell, losing the gold watch in the process. Min Joo-young, receiving it among Lee's belongings, coldly eliminated the guard, stating, "There won't be a next time."

Another threat emerged for Min Joo-young—Ji Han-na, who had kept the document envelope of the customs officer he killed in a hit-and-run. He had a group of ethnic Korean Chinese attack her to retrieve the envelope, but upon discovering it wasn't properly sealed, he realized she might have seen its contents. The documents included Cheongil Shipping's import-export lists and foreign exchange transactions, raising curiosity about what evidence he had destroyed, even committing murder. The next day, Kim Jong-hyun found a record of Ji Han-na's personnel card being searched, heightening his anxiety.

With suspicions about her father's death and Kim Jong-hyun's doubts about the police, they decided to join the special investigation team for a proper investigation. As the 'Good Avengers' came together, anticipation soared for their closer approach to uncovering Min Joo-young's true nature, the biggest villain in Inseong City. At the episode's climax, Yoon Dong-joo, awakened by his junior's death, delivered a powerful blow.

Confronting Min Joo-young, he refrained from impulsive violence, heeding Ji Han-na's advice to "keep a cool head and a warm heart, and avoid unnecessary emotional expenditure." Reciting poet Yoon Dong-joo's 'Prologue,' he punched the glass instead of Min Joo-young, declaring, "If you can run, try running. Anyone in my round always goes down." As Yoon Dong-joo left, the cracked glass shattered, symbolizing the beginning of the end for Min Joo-young's dark world. The smile vanished from Min Joo-young's face, marking the start of a real-life showdown.
