Comedian Kim Kyung-jin has revealed that he owns four properties.

On the SBS show 'Shoes Off, Single for Men' aired on the 1st, guests included Oh Jung-tae, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Kim Kyung-jin.

During the show, Kim Kyung-jin, known as a self-made comedian with four properties, stated, “I currently live in Gimpo and own properties in Itaewon, Eungam-dong, and near City Hall.” Having experienced living from semi-basements to rooftop rooms, he entered the investment world after witnessing neighborhoods transform into apartment complexes. He proudly mentioned, "The property in Itaewon has increased significantly in value."

Kim Kyung-jin humorously shared, "I used to catch stag beetles to pay off loans. I caught about 10 and raised them to 100. My wife complained about the smell, so I released them into nature."

Known as Korea's first 'GaeMo' (Comedian, Model) couple, Kim Kyung-jin, who is in his fourth year of marriage, explained his marriage motivation, "I didn't date much, but I always gave my best and chased after women, only to fail. I thought I might never get married, so I took the opposite approach with my wife."

He added, "I was advised that being too nice would make them run away, so I was told not to apologize first and not to be overly nice."

However, for his proposal, he gifted his wife a villa in her name. Kim Kyung-jin revealed, "I wanted to give her the gift she wanted most. When I asked her what she wanted, she said a house. So, I gifted her a villa in her name before we got married."

Recalling his school days, Kim Kyung-jin, who was a top student and received scholarships, said, "I was teased for being too ugly. I told my mom I wanted plastic surgery, and she said she'd let me if I ranked in the top 15 in my class."

He continued, "The conditions kept getting tougher, and when she said she'd allow it if I became the top student in the school, I finally achieved it in my first year of high school. When I went to a famous plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam to get my nose done, the doctor said, 'The nose isn't the problem,' and suggested I needed work on my eyes, teeth, and jaw, with an estimate of 30 million won, so I gave up." Kim Kyung-jin humorously added, "I imagined looking like Kang Dong-won, but the example looked more like Lee Sang-min. I was shocked," drawing laughter.
