Jung Hae-in Reveals Reasons Behind Long-Term Contract with FNC Entertainment

Since 2013, Jung Hae-in has been active as an entertainer under FNC Entertainment, and he recently revealed the reasons behind his long-term contract, drawing attention.

On the 12th, the YouTube channel 'Jjanhanyoung Shin Dong-yup' uploaded a video titled 'A Must-Watch Before Watching Veteran 2. Jung Hae-in's Honest Review (※Spoiler Alert).' In the video, Jung Hae-in, who appeared in the drama 'Mom's Friend's Son' and the movie 'Veteran 2,' discussed various topics.

Jung Hae-in, who is also an artist under FNC Entertainment like co-host Yoo Jae-pil, was mentioned by Yoo, who said, 'I requested Jung Hae-in to appear, and he agreed on the spot.'

Shin Dong-yup humorously remarked, 'From what I've heard, you seem to be a man of loyalty. You debuted with FNC and have been thriving ever since. One might think you'd move to a company with more actors, but did you make a bad contract initially?' He added, 'It's not a company that makes slave contracts,' showcasing his humor.

Jung Hae-in clarified, 'It's absolutely not like that. I've continued to extend my contract, and that's how I've come this far. The company's values align well with mine.' Yoo Jae-pil shared an anecdote, 'He attends all company sports events and gives advice to actors for 3-4 hours.' Jung Hae-in laughed, saying, 'Isn't that being a bit of a nag?'

Shin Dong-yup expressed curiosity, 'I heard that France is considered an advanced country because they invite families to the Cannes Film Festival.' Jung Hae-in had previously attended the Cannes Film Festival for his movie 'Veteran 2.'

Jung Hae-in confirmed, 'Yes, I took my mother with me. She watched the movie and saw me from the front row.' Shin Dong-yup commented, 'As a parent, it must be incredibly proud to see your child receive a standing ovation for their work abroad.'

Jung Hae-in shared, 'My mother kept crying. I deliberately avoided looking at her because I felt emotional.'

He added, 'Initially, I didn't plan to take my mother because there were many film industry people present. I thought they might feel obligated to pay attention to her. My mother also agreed, saying, 'I was being selfish.''

He continued, 'But the next day, my mother came to me and said, 'Can I go? It's my dream. No one knows if you'll have another chance or if I'll be healthy enough then.' I couldn't refuse that.' Jung Hae-in concluded, 'I think it's one of the best decisions I've made in 2024,' feeling proud.
