Veteran Actor Kim Yong-gun Reveals Premarital Pregnancy on TV Show
Veteran actor Kim Yong-gun has confessed to a premarital pregnancy.
On the 12th, Channel A's variety show 'Dad is a Flower Boy' featured Kim Yong-gun accompanying Shin Sung-woo as a guardian during his eye surgery.
Upon arriving in Cheonan, Kim Yong-gun reminisced, "When I got married, I went to 'Dogo Hot Springs' for my honeymoon. It was a popular spot back then." He added, "At that time, Ha Jung-woo was about 7-8 months old. We stayed in Dogo for 3 nights and 4 days."
In the studio, Kim Yong-gun revealed, "In today's terms, it was a premarital pregnancy," and added, "Ha Jung-woo was 7 months old. Since she was wearing a dress, it wasn't noticeable." He smiled sheepishly when asked if premarital pregnancies were uncommon back then. Kim Yong-gun recalled, "As I mentioned before, I used to spend a lot of time with my kids when they were young. I didn't have much money but had plenty of time, so we traveled a lot by car across the country."
When asked if those times contributed to his good relationship with his sons now, Kim Yong-gun nodded and said, "Those were happy times. Even when work was tough, spending time with my kids made me forget all my worries."
Kim Yong-gun, who had a late child at the age of 76, shared, "My youngest is turning 4, but since I'm older, I don't get to spend much time with him." He continued, "Recently, I took him to Tongil Dongsan. There was a cable car there, and he loved it. He didn't want to get off. Going up and down in the cable car was such a wonderful time. I felt really good about it afterward."
