Yoo Min-sang Discusses Reasons for Remaining Unmarried on 'Hyunmoo Kase'
Yoo Min-sang, born in 1988, indirectly discussed his reasons for not getting married.
On the 9th episode of ENA's variety show 'Hyunmoo Kase,' aired on the 5th, Yoo Min-sang, Shin Ki-roo, and Na Sun-wook shared their thoughts on marriage and the struggles of living as plus-sized individuals while enjoying a 'premium unlimited Korean beef course' prepared by Jeon Hyun-moo and Kim Ji-seok. Kim Ji-seok asked the guests if they had any 'food philosophies' they strictly adhered to. Jeon Hyun-moo responded, "Don't fill up on tasteless food." Shin Ki-roo agreed, saying, "That's exactly how I feel." Shin Ki-roo elaborated, "Even if I'm starving and only have 20 minutes, I refuse to eat something hastily. I'd rather wait and have a proper meal later." She added, "I don't like snacking in between meals." Na Sun-wook shared, "I really dislike it when friends order different dishes and share them. I believe everyone should order their own dish and then maybe one extra to share." Jeon Hyun-moo commented, "I can't understand the concept of 'jjamjjamyeon' (a mix of jjajangmyeon and jjampong). It's neither here nor there." Yoo Min-sang agreed, saying, "One of humanity's futile inventions is the 'jjamjjamyeon' bowl." He humorously added, "They just welded two bowls together." He then shared his thoughts on marriage, saying, "If you get married, you have to share even the chicken drumsticks. It's a sad reality." He concluded with a bitter expression, "That's why I can't get married."
Jeon Hyun-moo seriously asked why he wasn't getting married. Yoo Min-sang replied, "Do you think I don't want to?" He couldn't answer when asked about his last relationship. Jeon Hyun-moo then asked Shin Ki-roo how long she had been married. Shin Ki-roo responded, "Why bring up personal matters while I'm working?"
