K-pop star Kwon Eun-bi recently shared insights into her ideal type and her impressive real estate achievements.

On the latest episode of the web variety show 'Hailbyeong' by 'Mderomeda Studio,' Kwon Eun-bi appeared as a guest, showcasing her charming personality.

During the show, Kwon Eun-bi revealed, "I was a trainee for a long time. I debuted once, but it didn't go well, so I trained for about four more years before debuting again." She added, "I felt guilty for receiving allowance from my parents, so as soon as I received my first paycheck, I bought them a car."

In a segment discussing ideal types, Kwon Eun-bi caught attention by expressing her preference for a 'man who buys flowers.' She explained, "I buy a lot of bags myself. I don't often buy flowers, so I like it when a man buys them for me."

Kwon Eun-bi made headlines last year when it was revealed that she purchased a standalone house in Seongdong-gu for 2.4 billion KRW (approximately $24 million). On a variety show, she shared, "I personally scouted the location. It's in a great spot," detailing her journey to acquiring the property.
