Actor Jo Dal-hwan provides realistic advice and tips on living in a weekend home.

On the 29th, MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes' (hereinafter referred to as 'Holmes') will feature actor Jo Dal-hwan helping a family of five find a weekend home in Yangpyeong.

In this episode, a family of five appears as clients looking for a weekend home. The couple reveals that they want their three children to experience nature rather than being glued to their phones. They have fond memories of weekends spent at their grandmother's house, but since it was sold, they need a new place. They hope to find a home in Yangpyeong County, Gyeonggi Province, with a yard for camping and a swimming pool for water activities. They also prefer a two-story house and have a budget of 200 to 400 million KRW for either purchase or lease.

Representing the Duck Team, actor Jo Dal-hwan steps in, while Yang Se-hyung and actor Lim Hyung-joon join as hidden coordinators for the Bok Team. From the opening, Jo Dal-hwan and Lim Hyung-joon showcase their chemistry by critiquing each other's outfits. Lim Hyung-joon remarks, "I've also dressed comfortably, but it's my first time seeing someone appear barefoot," to which Jo Dal-hwan responds, "Since we're looking for a house in Yangpyeong, where I live, I came out comfortably," eliciting laughter.

The trio heads to Yongcheon-ri, Okcheon-myeon, Yangpyeong County. Jo Dal-hwan explains, "This was the first area I looked into when I was searching for a house. It's 10 minutes from the nearest KTX station and 50 minutes by car to Seoul."

Upon arriving at the property, Jo Dal-hwan notices the steep stairs and comments, "The stairs make it impossible to camp as the client wishes. After carrying camping gear up and down 4-5 times, you'll be exhausted," shaking his head. He also points out a stove, saying, "You only use it twice a year," offering practical advice from his six years of living in a house.

Discussing waste separation, Jo Dal-hwan explains, "Burning leaves is illegal," and shares that a forest fire near a neighbor's house once required a helicopter to extinguish. He warns, "The person responsible for causing a forest fire must compensate for all damages. One forest fire can ruin three generations."

The group then heads to Jeongbaeri, Seojong-myeon, Yangpyeong County. Jo Dal-hwan notes that many families interested in education move here due to the nearby Innovation Elementary School.

The sophisticated white-toned property consists of a main house and an annex. Inside, Jo Dal-hwan checks the smell and sediment of the groundwater by filling a cup. He advises, "Many people suffer because of groundwater. The limestone in groundwater can even damage washing machines."

Throughout the episode, Jo Dal-hwan offers practical insights and tips on rural living, showcasing his expertise as a seasoned homeowner.

The search for a weekend home in Yangpyeong will be revealed on Thursday, the 29th, at 10 PM on MBC's 'Save Me! Holmes.'
