Actor Kim Gun-woo Moves to a New Home: From Monthly Rent to Jeonse

Actor Kim Gun-woo has moved from a monthly rental to a jeonse (long-term lease) apartment.

On the SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy' (hereafter 'My Little Old Boy'), which aired on the 18th, actor Kim Gun-woo was shown moving into a two-room jeonse apartment.

On this day, Kim Gun-woo started packing his belongings with a close friend. Kim Gun-woo, who mentioned that this was his fifth move, expressed his excitement, saying, "This is my first jeonse. It's amazing. I can't believe I'm living in a jeonse apartment." He also expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to 'The Glory,' I was able to move here," while kissing the script.

Kim Gun-woo added, "Moving from a one-room to a jeonse feels like an escape, but this place has given me so many good memories. I'm a bit sad to leave. It's a house I've grown attached to," and bid farewell, saying, "I lived well here. I hope you meet a good owner and live well."

The jeonse apartment Kim Gun-woo moved into was a fourth-floor unit without an elevator but featured a spacious living room, drawing admiration.

Kim Hee-chul, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Tak Jae-hoon visited as the first guests to the new apartment. When Tak Jae-hoon asked why he chose this place, Kim Gun-woo explained, "I've been living in a one-room apartment for a long time, so I wanted to live in a homey atmosphere. I took out a loan. Fortunately, my aunt and sister are real estate agents, so I got a lot of advice."

He continued, "These days, jeonse scams are rampant. I studied jeonse scams on YouTube for a week," and shared his knowledge, saying, "When looking for a jeonse apartment, you need to check how much the building is mortgaged. Whether it's a small amount that can be repaid. And more importantly, the difference between the jeonse price and the sale price should be significant."

Tak Jae-hoon gifted red underwear as a housewarming present, saying, "It may seem trivial, but it has meaning. Don't touch it carelessly. I wore this and won an award. Actually, it's not mine. I got it from Lee Sang-min. He wore this and paid off all his debts."

Kim Hee-chul said, "My gift is better than that. It's something I wore. It's a limited edition. I bought it in Akihabara, and things went well after I bought this. Let's move to a house of our own right away," and gifted a T-shirt.
