Kim Ji-min, Concerns about Marriage with Kim Jun-ho
Comedian Kim Ji-min will appear as a special MC on Channel A's 'Oh Eun-young's Golden Counseling Center', which airs today (the 8th), replacing MC Lee Yoon-ji, who is temporarily absent.

Before the full-scale consultation, special MC Kim Ji-min confessed her worries, saying, “I haven’t even set a wedding date with Kim Jun-ho, who I’m currently dating, but everyone is congratulating me on my marriage. I feel like I’ll get pushed into getting married if I keep doing this.” Dr. Oh Eun-young said, “You won’t regret it if you make the decision to get married entirely on your own,” and it’s said that she completely resolved Kim Ji-min’s worries.

On this day, 'Oh Eun-young's Golden Counseling Center' will be visited by Ha Chun-hwa, a legend in the Korean music industry and a representative donor in the entertainment industry, who holds a Guinness record for over 8,500 performances. Ha Chun-hwa confesses her unexpected worries, "Is it strange that I can't get away from my father who passed away 5 years ago?" She then confesses that since her father passed away, she has been talking to herself more often, saying things like "Father, I'll be back soon, I'm going to sleep now," and that she hangs pictures of her father all over the house, such as in the closet and on the dresser, to relieve her longing.

Ha Chun-hwa sheds tears as she says that her father passed away at the age of 101 from an illness, and his condition rapidly worsened because he refused life-prolonging treatment. Dr. Oh Eun-young sympathizes with Ha Chun-hwa's sadness, saying, "My father also refused life-prolonging treatment, but as a child, I wish he could stay by my side for even a day," while thinking of her own father who recently passed away. Special MC Kim Ji-min, who lost her father in 2017 after battling liver cirrhosis, conveys her longing for her father, saying, "I sent him a text message even after he passed away, but one day, it said the number did not exist, so I was very sad."

When everyone seemed to be having a hard time with the breakup, Ha Chun-hwa said, “At my age, I have to go through a lot of things like letting go of people around me,” and recalled the late Hyun-chul who had passed away not long ago. She continued, “I was with the late Hyun-chul on his last stage, but he couldn’t focus on the recording and said, ‘Where am I and what am I doing?’ and thought it was strange,” recalling the time. She found out that it was his last broadcast while he was sick, and expressed her sadness at the repeated breakups.

Dr. Oh Eun-young, who confirmed Ha Chun-hwa's worries, says that among the various losses that we experience in life, the one that leaves the most scars is 'relational loss' and explains the DABDA reaction, which is a reaction that is seen when experiencing sadness. Ha Chun-hwa says, "I don't want to forget my father, to some extent." She then goes on a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela at the recommendation of singer Insooni, who was worried about Ha Chun-hwa's condition, but adds to the seriousness of her worries by saying that when she looks up at the sky while walking the pilgrimage, she sees her parents when they were younger.

Ha Chun-hwa confesses that she was not able to fully focus on her father’s funeral because her younger brother was unconscious after undergoing surgery for a meningioma when her father passed away. She then regrets saying that her last words to her father were “Please rest in peace and spare my younger brother’s life.” After hearing the story, Dr. Oh Eun-young explains, “It seems that she was unable to grieve her father’s death in a healthy way because of her younger brother’s pain,” and analyzes the results of a Family-Centered Circle Drawing test that was conducted in advance to examine Ha Chun-hwa’s relationship with her family.

The test results show that Ha Chun-hwa drew her deceased father instead of her husband, which made everyone suspicious. Ha Chun-hwa confesses, “My sisters say that my father and I are so close that they can’t stop talking about our relationship, and my father is so special that he can be my boyfriend and advisor.” Dr. Oh Eun-young sharply analyzes that she has an “obsession” with her father, saying that she answered “My father and I cannot exist without each other” on the sentence completion test. She then worries, “It goes beyond liking your parents and trying to be like them, and you might try too hard to conform to them so that they don’t see you doing wrong.” Ha Chun-hwa confesses that in order not to disappoint her father’s expectations, she started studying at the age of 38 and earned her doctorate at the age of 50, and that she got married because her parents liked her better.

Ha Chun-hwa confesses the many hardships she experienced during her time, saying, “When I was performing at night, ashtrays would fly at me, and someone would shoot nails with a slingshot, so I got cuts all over my body.” She then shocks everyone by saying that she survived the fire at Sejong Citizens’ Hall, one of the three major fire incidents, thanks to her father, and that she barely survived the Iri Station explosion by being carried on the back of the late Lee Joo-il. She expresses her deep gratitude, saying that when she escaped, she stepped on the late Lee Joo-il’s head and climbed over the wall, but it turned out that the late Lee Joo-il had a sunken skull, but he had given her his head. Ha Chun-hwa also confesses that she suffers from trauma due to the Iri Station explosion, saying, “I can’t go underground or into closed spaces.” On this day, Dr. Oh Eun-young analyzed Ha Chun-hwa’s inner self, who couldn’t shake off her longing for her father, and completely resolved her worries.

'Oh Eun-young's Golden Counseling Center' airs every Thursday at 8:10 PM.
