‘Seojin’s’ returns with Korean soul food, gomtang.

tvN's entertainment show 'Seojin's 2', which will be aired for the first time on June 28, is a program that tells the story of the owner and employees who are serious about gomtang and the complicated life of running a Korean restaurant.

This time, Seojin's opens its second branch in Iceland, a Nordic country, to welcome customers. At Seojin's 2nd branch, CEO Seojin Lee, along with Yumi Jeong, Seojun Park, Wooshik Choi, and new employee Ko Minsi, are planning to melt not only the cold but also the hearts of customers with hot gomtang in cold windy Iceland.

The first teaser video that was released attracts attention by expressing the second branch of Seojin's, where a variety of stories will unfold, in the new drama 'Seojin Ttukbaegi'. The bright expressions of the executives and employees and the subtitle 'A drama containing the dreams, youth, and hopes of Korean restaurant employees' briefly evoke excitement, but the sight of the employees sprawled out on the floor after business ends as if they have exhausted all their energy adds to the curiosity.

Previously, 'Seojin's', which aired last year, successfully completed sales in Bacalar, Mexico. Lee Seo-jin, Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-sik, and BTS's V captivated the tastes of local customers with a variety of snack menus such as tteokbokki, kimbap, and hot dogs, and recorded the highest household viewership rating of 14.5% (paid platform, based on Nielsen Korea).

‘Seojin’, which met global fans through Amazon Prime Video last year, ranked 13th worldwide, including the top 10 (TV show category) in 26 countries. On the IMDB site, where you can check reviews of content from around the world, it has a rating of 8.9.

Of course, there was talk. The biggest problem was the ‘noble sales’, in which the members’ complaints were severe compared to the intensity of labor. At the time of filming, the cast members worked for as little as 5 hours or as much as 6 hours, but they continued to complain and argue.

Lee Seo-jin, Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-sik, and Go Min-si's ups and downs in the gomtang business will be revealed in 'Seojin's 2', which will be broadcast for the first time at 8:40 pm on the same day.
