Producer Na Young-seok opens up about the '60 billion won office building theory'

Producer Na Young-seok joked about the Nonhyeon-dong office building being ‘2 trillion won.’

As soon as Lee Soo-geun met PD Na Young-seok, he looked at the office building and joked, “This is what you said was worth 60 billion won.” Producer Na Young-seok responded, “What is 60 billion? “It’s 2.4 trillion won,” he answered.

Producer Na Young-seok, who recently won the Male Entertainer Award in the TV category at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards, received congratulations from Kim Hee-sun. Producer Na Young-seok said, “After receiving the award, I received a text message from Cha Seung-won. He said, ‘Is it okay to celebrate?’ “The points have come a long way,” he said. When Cha Seung-won heard that producer Na Young-seok won the grand prize in the TV category at the 51st Baeksang Arts Awards during 'Three Meals a Day', he got angry and said, "He's talented like a bear."

When asked why the office building was built in Gangnam, producer Na Young-seok said, “Originally, tvN was located in Sangam-dong, so I worked nearby, but it was so scattered that it was difficult to work. So we decided to build a building and combine it all.”

When PD Na Young-seok asked if it was his personal property, he said, “No. “It’s a company building,” he explained. In response, Lee Soo-geun joked, “It’s a company building, but it has the highest stake when sold,” and Cha Seung-won also said, “I’ve been there, and anyone can see that it’s Na Young-seok. Na Young-seok, who was there, was an absolute monarch. Isn’t the Forbidden City long and big? I felt so intimidated. “That palace is Egg is Coming,” he said.

Meanwhile, Eggs Coming, to which PD Na Young-seok belongs, purchased a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul for 113 million won per 3.3 m2 of land, or a total of 20 billion won, in December 2021. It is known that the market price has increased by about 10 billion won in the three years since.
