In addition, Park Yeo-won also heard about the care of her mother-in-law, who was suffering from cancer, and her mother-in-law's friend expressed her consolation by saying that Park Yeo-won had been through a lot. Park Yeo-won conveys her affectionate feelings for her mother-in-law, confessing, "I changed my mother-in-law's poopy diaper while pregnant with my second child. I thought I would feel at ease if I did it."

Afterwards, Choi Kyung-hwan visits his parents' home with Park Yeo-won and tells them about his hidden feelings. In particular, Choi Kyung-hwan is said to have broken the hearts of those watching by sobbing, saying, "I feel resentful because I did not treat my father and mother well. I should have treated them well when they were alive."
