SHINee's Minho Reveals His Fiery Daily Life on 'I Live Alone'

During the episode, Minho expressed his concerns about being caught between fellow member Key and close friend Code Kunst, saying, "I'm worried about what they'll say about my daily life since Key has known me since childhood and Code Kunst is close to my older brother." Code Kunst humorously added, "I've known Minho for over 30 years since he was in the fourth-grade space boy band."
Minho's daily routine was revealed, showing his struggle to wake up despite setting alarms at one-minute intervals. He admitted, "I need to set at least 20 to 40 alarms to wake up, even if I sleep for 6 to 10 hours." As the alarms continued to ring, Park Na-rae commented, "It seems stressful. Why not just sleep?" while Kian84 added, "I'm getting stressed just watching."

Minho, who participated in a triathlon, shared, "I trained for two months for the Olympic course of swimming, cycling, and running, and successfully finished in the upper ranks." Having learned swimming just three months before the competition, he added, "My goal was to finish. I plan to compete again in November, aiming for the podium (TOP 3)."

After completing training that even Olympic swimmer Park Tae-hwan endured, Minho humorously remarked, "It was tough initially, but I'm proud of myself for enduring. Although I still have a lot to improve, I'm satisfied as my skills are improving," mimicking a professional athlete's interview and causing laughter.

Meanwhile, Minho surprised everyone with his 6-minute ramen challenge, where he turns on the stove and quickly showers while the ramen cooks. Jeon Hyun-moo expressed genuine curiosity, "Did he get heatstroke? Why do that?" Minho explained, "I want to shower and eat quickly. I finish within the 6-minute limit. It's really delicious," showcasing his passion.
