‘Killers’ Shopping Mall’ is a stylish new wave action film that tells the story of the survival of Jeong Ji-an, the nephew who became the target of suspicious killers due to the dangerous legacy left behind by his uncle Jeong Jin-man.

In the released video, director Lee Kwon said, "It was important for scenes to come to mind when reading something, and author Jiyoung Kang's novel was exactly that," and shared an anecdote about how he immediately went to the publisher to secure the copyright as soon as he read the original novel. mentioned. Because of the short length of the original work, he initially considered making it into a movie, but director Lee Kwon, who planned it as a series to bring back the attractive characters, said, "It is inevitable to create new directions and situations while filming the original work, so what will the original writer think?" . Regarding Jeong Jin-man's character, which is different from the original, writer Kang Ji-young said, "Actually, could actor Lee Dong-wook be Jeong Jin-man? Could it be that the director recreated him as a completely different character? I had doubts, but when I saw the trailer, Jeong Jin-man was Jeong Jin-man."
