Yoo Yeon-seok ad-libbed 'V' on the black box after the murder, "I want to enjoy this situation"

Actor Yoo Yeon-seok came up with various ideas to play a killer.

On the 14th, a final interview with Yoo Yeon-seok of TVING's 'Unsoo Ojinnal' was held at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. 'The Day of Misdiagnosis' is the story of an ordinary taxi driver, Oh Taek (Lee Seong-min), who begins a journey of fear while driving a customer to Mukpo who offers a high price when he realizes that he is a serial killer. Yoo Yeon-seok played the role of murderer Geum Hyuk-soo.

Yoo Yeon-seok, who played the rare serial killer, ad-libbed the scene where he spontaneously drew a 'V' on the black box of the car behind him after committing a murder. Yoo Yeon-seok said, "The black box is an item that can be a clue, and I was curious about how people would react when looking at something like that. I thought about enjoying the situation itself, so V came out. Rather than worrying about killing someone, I thought about what the opposite reaction would be. “I ended up doing V,” he said.

In the play, there is a scene where Hyuksu, who suffers from insensitivity and cannot feel pain, eats a spicy hot bar without a care in the world. Yoo Yeon-seok explained, "When I watched the videos of pain-free patients, I saw that they ate very spicy food. They said they didn't mind eating spicy peppers," and added, "I was wondering what I could indirectly empathize with, and came up with the idea of eating spicy food."
