“Indirect murder” Seol Woon-do couple reveals black box of suspicious accident

It was confirmed that Ten people were injured in the accident, and Seol Woon-do's wife reportedly claimed vehicle defects such as sudden acceleration. Yongsan Police Station in Seoul has booked Seol Woon-do's wife without detention and is investigating the exact cause of the accident.

On this day, lawyer Moon-cheol Han released the black box video of the 'suspicious sudden acceleration accident in Hannam-dong', which made an uproar in the world. The car driven by singer Seol Woon-do's wife sped through an alley in Hannam-dong at high speed and collided with a taxi before rushing into a building. Many people were confused by the video of the car running out of control through a narrow alley with many pedestrians.

Accordingly, Seol Woon-do and his wife Lee Su-jin vividly conveyed the situation at the time through an exclusive face-to-face interview with 'Hanvely'. They claimed that the vehicle function malfunctioned for various reasons, such as abnormal brakes, non-deployment of airbags, and defective automatic emergency braking system, and Seol Woon-do emphasized the seriousness, saying, “I think this is indirect murder.” The taxi driver who was hit just before the collision with the building also testified that he heard a metallic sound coming from the engine even before the accident, lending support to their claim. However, the automobile manufacturer stated that no cases of sudden acceleration due to vehicle defects have been confirmed to date.
