Sandara Park "I feel like I'm going to die at 36kg, now I'm 38kg"

Sandara Park shocked people by revealing that her current weight is 38kg.

In the SBS entertainment show 'Strong Heart VS', which aired on the 5th, a talk about polar opposite tastes was held under the theme of 'guys with big mouths' who live to eat vs 'guys with short mouths' who eat to live. Mirage, Lee Guk-joo, and Agent H appeared in ‘Guys with Open Mouths’, while Sandara Park and Kim Doo-young appeared in ‘Guys with Short Mouths’.

On this day, Sandara Park and Kim Doo-young revealed that their combined weight was less than 100 kg. Sandara Park's current weight is 38 kg, and Kim Doo-young is said to be in the late 50 kg range. Sandara Park said, “I’ve been eating well these days and gained weight, so I weighed 38kg.”

Sandara Park's highest weight in her life was 46 kg. He said, “I was shocked when I reached 46kg. I thought there was nothing in this world that couldn’t be done. “At that time, if I didn’t apply any force, my stomach would come out,” he said. Sandara Park, who eventually started a diet and joined a gym to lose weight, said, “I was shocked when the stylist carefully asked me to lose only 2 kg.”

On the other hand, it was surprising that the minimum weight was 36 kg. Sandara Park confessed, “I felt like I was going to die the moment I weighed 36kg, so I ate hard. My internal organs also became XS in size. Even if I drank just a little water, I had to go to the bathroom.” Jeon Hyun-moo recalled Sandara Park from those days and admitted, “I saw her next to her while I was doing a porn video, and I thought she was a paper doll.”

Sandara Park said she couldn't eat a whole hot dog, and when it came to pizza and chicken, she said, "If I want to order one pizza or one chicken, I tell them in the group room. “I can only order it if everyone is at home today,” he said.
