Uhm Jeong-hwa, who underwent thyroid cancer surgery, confessed, “I wanted to rip my neck off.”

I try not to consume carbohydrates and sugar whenever possible," showing thorough self-management. Eom Jeong-hwa also took a total of 13 types of nutritional supplements, including lactic acid bacteria, vitamins C, B, D3, arginine, L-cartinine, natural sulfur, and bromelain.
Instead of rice, Uhm Jeong-hwa mashed tofu and cooked it to have a texture similar to rice. When MC Song Eun-i was surprised and asked, "You don't eat rice?" Uhm Jeong-hwa moved with her manager and relaxed her neck. Uhm Jeong-hwa, who is still overcoming vocal cord paralysis, said, "There are times when my throat suddenly becomes clogged. At first, I tried to speak, and I cried and struggled to get my voice out, but now that I'm trying to sing, I think I've made progress." She continued, "I was driving the day before yesterday and he was upset. I wondered if it was a splitting issue because one side of her vocal cords wasn't moving, but it didn't work out the way I wanted." He also said, “Sometimes I feel like tearing my throat out.” She added, “When people catch a cold and say, ‘My throat is locked,’ I think, ‘It’s good. I’m better.’ I wonder how they did it live in the past.”
After exercising, Uhm Jung-hwa headed to the practice room and devoted herself to practicing for the concert.
