Behind the scenes of Lim Young-woong’s broadcast appearances before his debut

Lim Young-woong, Song Joong-ki, Han Ga-in, etc. had experience appearing on KBS before their official debut.

In KBS2's 'Year-Round Plus', which aired on the 26th, the 'My Hand Pick' rankings were revealed to see who the stars discovered by KBS were different from the beginning.

Youngwoong Lim took first place. Lim Young-woong appeared at 'National Singing Contest' in 2016 and won the grand prize. Lim Young-woong also participated in the 'Challenge Dream Stage' of 'Morning Yard' and won five times in a row. After his official debut, Lim Young-woong also performed on stage as a guest singer at 'National Singing Contest'.

Second place was Song Joong-ki. In 2006, while attending Sungkyunkwan University's Department of Social Sciences, Song Joong-ki participated in 'Quiz Korea' and advanced to the finals. In an interview after his debut, Song Joong-ki became a hot topic by revealing the behind-the-scenes story, saying, "Someone else was going to leave, but suddenly got into a funk, so I was a replacement." He also said, “I studied all night long 4-5 days before the recording.” Song Joong-ki, who dreamed of becoming an announcer, later debuted as an actor and is now considered one of Korea's leading actors.

Han Ga-in was named in third place. 19-year-old Han Ga-in appeared as an interviewee on the news. Han Ga-in said, "I did the interview at the recommendation of my classmates. While I was interviewing at that time, I thought, 'If I end up appearing on TV in the future, I could be used as a reference screen. It was fascinating." Afterwards, Han Ga-in also appeared on 'Challenge Golden Bell'. During her school days, Han Ga-in was ranked in the top 5 in her class and was also a student with excellent grades, receiving 380 points out of 400 on the CSAT.

Song Ga-in took fourth place. Song Ga-in participated in the 'National Singing Contest' and won the grand prize, and received the excellence prize in the year-end finals of the same year. After her official debut, Song Ga-in also graced the stage as a guest singer.

In addition, Astro Cha Eun-woo, Hwang Young-woong, Kang Ha-neul, and Park Ji-hyun were ranked.
