Ban Hyo-jeong arrested on suspicion of stock price manipulation

Jang Seo-hee of MBC's daily drama 'The Witch's Game' dominated the small screen with a passionate ending that reached the peak of desire.

In 'Witch's Game', which aired on the 30th, Jang Seo-hee was depicted finally ascending to the position of chairman of Cheonha Group. On the day of electing the new chairman of Cheonha Group, Jang Seo-hee, Oh Chang-seok, and other key executives gathered in one place, and everything seemed to be going smoothly according to Jang Seo-hee's plan. However, when Ma Hyeon-deok decided that the method of electing the chairman would be a show of hands rather than a secret vote, the executives who had promised support sided with Oh Chang-seok, and a look of disappointment appeared on Jang Seo-hee's face.

At that moment, the situation took a turn when Ban Hyo-jeong was arrested on charges of stock price manipulation and accounting fraud, and Oh Chang-seok was also disqualified from being elected as chairman. Jang Seo-hee said with a chuckle, “Thank you for your hard work. He drew attention by saying, “Mr. Ma Hyeon-deok,” and then, with confident eyes, declared, “Now, I, Seol Yu-kyung, are the chairman of Cheonha Group,” giving a special sense of excitement.
